consensus proposal towards UNEP/SETAC's Life Cycle Initiative to consider the bioavailable fraction of a substance when calculating comparative ecotoxicity potentials for freshwater archetypes. The declaration includes several recommendations such as the need to elaborate on the international archetypes because they are only availble for some EU waters.
